بررسی تأثیر سلامت شمع و وایر روی آلاینده‌های خروجی موتور خودروهای بنزینی

چکیده
امروزه مسأله‌ی آلودگی‌های زیست‌محیطی به‌عنوان یکی از چالش‌های بزرگ شهرهای پرجمعیت مطرح می‌باشد. در این میان به دلیل نقش برجسته خودرو به‌عنوان یکی از بزرگ‌ترین تولیدکنندگان آلودگی، بررسی تجهیزات مؤثر در تولید آلاینده‌های آن بسیار حائز اهمیت است. با توجه به تأثیر کیفیت شمع و وایر در ایجاد آلودگی‌های خودرو، تحقیقات پیرامون تأثیر طول عمر این تجهیزات بر تولید آلاینده‌های خروجی موتور انجام ‌شده است. در این پژوهش، هدف اصلی بررسی تأثیر استفاده از شمع و وایر با کارکرد متفاوت روی آلاینده‌های خروجی موتور خودرو است. بدین‌صورت که شمع، در چهار گروه که شامل صفر تا 10، 10 تا 20، 20 تا 30 و 30 تا 40 هزار کیلومتر و وایرها در دو بازه صفر تا 20 و 20 تا 40 هزار کیلومتر در نظر گرفته‌شده و در هر مرحله پس از نصب روی خودرو، آلاینده‌های سمی خروجی از موتور شامل HC، CO و NOx، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برطبق بررسی‌های انجام‌شده، تولید هر سه گاز آلاینده تأثیر مستقیم با میزان کارکرد شمع و وایر دارد. این درحالی است که استهلاک شمع خودرو بیشترین تأثیر را روی گاز آلاینده HC گذاشته و حداکثر مقدار افزایش آلایندگی در گروه‌های مطالعاتی به میزان 8/51، 8/13 و 32 درصد به‌ترتیب برای گازهای HC، CO و NOx گزارش شده است.

Nowadays, the issue of environmental pollution is one of the major challenges in densely populated cities. In the meantime, due to the prominent role of the automobile as one of the largest producers of pollution, it is very important to examine the equipment effective in producing its pollutants. Considering the effect of spark plug and wire quality on the production of engine exhaust pollutants, research has been conducted on the effect of the lifespan of this equipment on the production of engine exhaust pollutants. In this study, the main goal is to examine the effect of using spark plugs and wires with different functions on the emissions of automobile engines. Thus, spark plugs are considered in four groups including zero to 10, 10 to 20, 20 to 30 and 30 to 40 thousand kilometers and wires are considered in two ranges of zero to 20 and 20 to 40 thousand kilometers. At each stage, after installation on the vehicle, toxic pollutants emitted from the engine, including HC, CO, and NOx, have been examined. According to the studies conducted, the production of all three pollutant gases has a direct impact on the operation of the spark plug and wire. However, the depreciation of the vehicle's spark plug has the greatest impact on the pollutant gas HC, and the maximum increase in emissions in the study groups was reported to be 51.8%, 13.8%, and 32% for HC, CO, and NOx gases, respectively.
